the grand canyon

I've been wanting to go to the grand canyon since.... forever. We jumped in the car and went without telling a soul. It was an epic road trip. These pictures do not do this place justice. Such a beautiful place.

The first photo is the air bnb we stayed in the first night in Flag Staff. Our host was a local teacher and a pet enthusiast (dog lady ;)). She was great. Then the next night we stayed in a tent! Very unlike us but we are trying to be outdoorsy.
