Having Local Embers & Co. capture our wedding day was honestly a dream. Matt and Lindsey are a precious couple to work with. They are so intentional and you can easily tell how much they care about making your big day special. If you have any questions, they get back with you very quickly. They always made me feel like no question was too small. The best part is that you can tell how much they LOVE their job. Matt and Lindsey made us feel at peace on our wedding day and creatively captured all of our special moments so beautifully. It is the most comforting thing knowing that you will have amazing pictures after. We could not have asked for better pictures that we will forever look at to remember the most special day of our lives.

HOLY COW! The. Best. Photographers. I can’t imagine having anyone else there to capture our day. Matt and Lindsey make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, they are so creative, and are awesome at their job. They also captured my proposal and did our engagement pics. They are so organized and make sure everything runs smoothly. I got married a few months ago and people are still asking us about our pictures because they were freakin awesome. I’m so happy that these are the pictures we get to look at forever. I would have paid 1 million dollars if i knew it would have turned out that good. Wow. Local embers all the way!

Matt & Lindsey are kind, positive, professional, and so talented. Every time we got pictures returned from engagement shoot, bridal shoot, and the wedding we were blown away. They capture the essence of the relationship, and the emotion of the moment in every shot. We love looking back at all of the wonderfulness they have given us, and can't wait to get the rest of our wedding pictures back. Matt was always happy to answer any questions and he was so accommodating and understanding. Y’all. You need to hire Matt and Lindsey at Local Embers for anything and everything involving your photography dreams. I’ve been following their work for years and hired them for my wedding a few seconds after we got engaged.
My husband and I had never had professional photos done before and were definitely nervous that we would look uncomfortable in our photos. But, these guys are photographic superheroes. They had us laughing and at ease throughout our engagement and wedding photo sessions. The quality of their work will be our most special memories that we will cherish forever. Matt and Lindsey were incredible to work with. The two of them together have a way of making you feel so comfortable in front of the camera (genuine belly laughs captured) these photos and the whole experience is one we will cherish for a lifetime. Lindsey pulled me aside several times to be sure if i wanted more solo shots with my groom and timed everything perfectly so we could sneak away during the reception and get some special moments. Even though we had some covid wedding struggles these two were there to support us through all of it and all of the last minute changes. I cannot recommend them enough!

Matt & Lindsey are the best! Having a destination wedding, I had to compromise on a lot of things but the one thing I had to have was good photography. They ended up being amazing! They make you feel totally comfortable and natural when you’re in front of the camera. I wanted natural feeling, candid photos that looked awesome and they delivered. I would book them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding/elopement.

MATT & LINDSEY ARE THE BEST!!! My husband and I absolutely loved having them as our wedding photographers! Not only are they incredibly talented and intentional with their work; they are just wonderful people to be around. Matt has a upbeat and funny personality that made our engagement photo session full of genuine laughter and joy. Lindsey is super patient and encouraging which made the hours before and during our wedding, smooth and authentically beautiful. They knew exactly what to do and where to be without being asked and were there for Johnny and I every step of the way. It is so cool to see a sweet couple do what they love together and do it SO WELL. Use them for any event and you won’t be disappointed! I could not be more satisfied and grateful for their selflessness and talent in capturing our special day through photos & videography.

Matt and Lindsey were so amazing and our photos turned out SPECTACULAR! Our wedding plans were constantly changing because of coronavirus and they were always so flexible and understanding. On our wedding day their fun personalities helped calm nerves and they were such a joy to work with. My husband and I are normally not photogenic people but Matt and Lindsey really helped us in those *what do I do with my hands* moments. Since our wedding turned into an elopement with only six people present, these photos became everything to us. I would highly recommend Local Embers if you want amazing photos and amazing people photographing your special day!
